Oli's Products (pronounced OH-lee's) means gluten-free
The inspiration for being gluten-free came from two of our three founders, Olinda ("Oli") and Debbie, who both have
celiac disease and choose to live a gluten free lifestyle as the only
known treatment.
In addition, Oli is also allergic to both corn and dairy,
which makes her dietary needs even more strict, resulting in stringent quality control
standards for our products. After all, we eat everything we make--so it has to pass
the Oli's Test.
If that weren't enough, Oli's youngest son is also on the gluten free diet, due
to his diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome. For these reasons, we are proud to say that
all of our products are, and will always be, gluten free. We'll never
make or sell a product that we can't eat ourselves.
